I was always reluctant to eat rhubarb, but first ate these without the knowledge of the ingredient a few years back, begged for the recipe and promptly buried it in a file. It was recently rediscovered, just in time for strawberry and rhubarb season. After making two batches in one weekend, I dub it a winner. For all naysayers — TRY IT! I dare thee.
